The monthly fee covers guaranteed availability, priority scheduling, and your scheduled maintenance visits. One avoided emergency often covers several months of the plan.
Repairs are billed at the member labor rate plus materials. Small repairs under your pre-approved limit are fixed on the spot; larger jobs are quoted for your approval first.
We handle the electrical side: the circuits, disconnects, and power to your equipment. Refrigeration and HVAC mechanical work stay with your specialty vendors.
Twelve months, renewing yearly, with a 60-day exit if it isn’t working for you.
